摘要 为改善以往漏电保护器对用电保护功能偏少、存在安全隐患的问题,通过对以往的漏电保护器增设漏电、过载、短路、过压、欠压和触电等用电安全保护功能,并利用霍尔电流传感器对漏电、过载、短路等用电故障进行数据采集,获得的信号经放大,送入AT89C52单片机进行数据处理,由ISD2560语音模块和扬声器进行语音提示与报警。从而实现智能化多功能安全用电保护的目的。实验表明,该智能化多功能安全用电保护器具有良好的可靠性、安全性和实用性,值得研究推广。 The protector is designed to solve the problems that the existing electric leakage protectors are lack of leakage protecting function and that potential safety risk exists.The functions such as electric leakage,overloading,short circuit are added into the former leakage protector.Hall current sensor is adopted to collect the data of faults caused by leakage,overloading and short circuit.The received signal is amplified,and then sent to AT89C52 single-chip microcontroller to carry out data processing.The voice prompts and alarms are executed by IKD2560 voice module and amplifier,thus the system realizes intelligent multifunctional leakage protection.The experimental results indicate that the protector is reliable,safe and useful,and is worth to be studied and promoted.
