摘要 依据有限元计算理论,使用Hypermesh网格划分软件和Abaqus高级非线性有限元分析软件,对某汽车发动机粉末锻造连杆的三维模型进行有限元静力分析。对装配完后的连杆组件的极限拉伸和压缩工况进行仿真,模拟连杆在工作过程中的接触与受力情况,确定连杆的应力分布及危险区域,并根据非对称循环下的构件的疲劳强度计算公式计算出连杆主要部位的疲劳安全系数。实践证明,此方法对连杆的研发与设计有很大的指导作用。 Based on the theory of finite element analysis, a 3D powder-forged connecting rod model which built in a mesh software-Hypermesh was analyzed with Abaqus. In order to simulate the servicing condition of the connecting rod, the connecting rod assembly was simulated in ultimate pull and press conditions Therefore, the distribution of the stress was obtained and locations of dangerous areas were identified According to fatigue strength formula of asymmetrical cycle, fatigue safety factors of the conn rod were calculated. It has been proven that the approach is of value to the investigation and design of powder-forged conn rod
