摘要
高校辅导员的心理素质与其育人成效有着紧密的联系,提高育人工作的有效性不仅是高校辅导员工作的重点,也是辅导员在理论和实践工作中需要深入探讨的热点问题,而辅导员的心理素质在其整体综合素质结构中居于核心地位。优化辅导员的心理素质,提升高校辅导员育人能力,需要加强人格塑造,增强育人实效性;强化动机激励,提高工作效能;加强心理素质优化服务,提高育人工作质量。
The psychological quality of college instructors is closely related to the effect of student-oriented cultivation. The va- lidity of enhancing student-oriented cultivation is not only the focuses of college instructors, but also the issues worth their efforts in both theory and practice. The psychological quality of college instructors ranks first in their integrated quality. To optimize the psychological quality of college instructors and to enhance their ability to cultivate students, we need to strengthen personality shaping for a better effect of cultivation, to consolidate the motive for improved work efficiency, and to intensify the optimization service of psychological quality for higher quality of cultivation.
