Based on the contents and characteristics of Physical Chemistry,this paper studies the status and effects of Physical Chemistry in the talents training of normal universities. Physical Chemistry always plays a very important and positive role in the talents training of normal universities ,for example, it can help normal students cultivate the imagination and thinking skills, autonomous learning ability,problem- analyzing and problem -solving ability,innovation ability and teaching ability.
