不同妊娠期孕妇血清总胆汁酸检测的临床应用价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的通过对孕妇不同妊娠时期血清总胆汁酸(TBA)的测定,探讨其变化的临床意义。方法采用第5代循环酶法定量检测150例健康未孕妇女(对照组)和450例不同妊娠期正常孕妇血清TBA浓度。结果血清TBA浓度:对照组(3.6±1.6)μmol/L,妊娠早孕组(4.2±1.9)μmol/L,妊娠中孕组(5.6±2.3)μmol/L,妊娠晚孕组(7.5±2.7)μmol/L。各组间比较,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。450例不同妊娠期正常孕妇中有35例TBA浓度大于正常值,异常率为7.8%。结论妊娠过程中血清TBA浓度有持续升高的趋势,在妊娠期间定期检测血清总胆汁酸,有利于早期发现妊娠性肝内胆汁瘀积症(ICP),对减少围产儿的病死率有重要意义。
