Key techniques based on JavaME（Java Micro Edition） are discussed,which are utilized to develop warning system for forest fire,in which client software with JavaMe is run on a mobile phone so that users can timely obtain monitoring fire data and other information from fire control center by means of the mobile phone terminal.Taking mobile data inquiry as an illustration,the implementing process of mobile phone terminal and critical code of programming are introduced.
