Establishment of Formative Assessment in Comprehensive English Teaching with Multi-Media

多媒体教学方式目前备受专业英语教师的关注,如何正确有效地对这种新型教育方式的质量和效果进行评价成为教学环节当中的关键部分。形成性评价有利于全面评价学生语言能力。根据英语专业基础阶段核心课程"综合英语"教学的要求与特点,探讨利用多媒体手段进行教学的优势,介绍了在这一教学过程中形成性评价的具体实施。

Now, English teachers show greater and greater concerns over multimedia teaching method. How to e- valuate reasonably and effectively the new teaching method becomes one of the crucial part in the teaching process. Formative assessment helps the all-round evaluation of the students＇linguistic competence. Based on the requirements and characteristics of ＂ Comprehensive English＂ which is the core curriculum in the fundamental stage, this thesis discusses the advantages of multimedia teaching method, and introduces the practice of forma- tive assessment in the teaching process.
