This paper first sketches some theories in the upgrading progress of value chain,then analyzes the operation pattern of real-life scenery performance of the impression of Liu San-jie with related theories,summaries the way to extend its value chain.By researching on the classic case,directly we propose the corresponding suggestions about the development of real-life scenery performance in other area,providing consultation that make a higher culture and economic value for the culture industry in our country.
