每个时期共青团工作侧重点有所不同,这就要求基层团干部能力与素质要求随时代的变化而变化。根据新时期共青团工作需要,本文提出:共青团干部必须紧紧围绕"一个中心",牢固树立"三种意识",大力提升"六大能力"。
