高职院校办公室是整个学院的行政中枢,办公室工作水平的高低直接影响着学院的整体管理水平,影响着学院的可持续发展。本文依据惠州经济职业技术学院办公室的实际情况,对创建高职院校创新型学院办公室进行了分析,并提出了提高人员素质、转变服务模式、实施意识创新、思路创新、方法创新等建议。

Office functions are the centerofthe college administration. Withthe rapiddevelopment of higher education, traditional office working modes cannot adapt to the development of vocational colleges. Basedon theactual situation of higher vocational college, the article tries to analyze the establishment ofinnovati vevocational college offices and put forward several suggestions on establishing initiative collegeoffices.
