摘要
国内外的学者对运动处方的定义出现各种版本.通过阅读相关文献资料,对出现的各种运动处方定义按出现时间顺序加以综述进行汇总,并对运动处方的发展历史和制定进行研究.
Domestic researchers have crected different versions of the concept of exercise prescription. Using the method of literature search, this paper summarized different versions of the concept of exercise prescription in chronological order, and studied the history and the establishment of exercise prescription.
