摘要 通过对陕南地区小水电群及小水电电网现状分析,指出小水电群在解列后与主网大系统并列时存在的主要问题是小网与主网压差过大、小水电运行方式存在缺陷等,针对上述问题阐述了并列理论及并列的理想条件,分析了并列误差对并列的影响。最后提出了相应的解列后快速并列的相关措施,这些措施在工程实践中取得了良好的实施效果,大大提高了小水电站解列后与主网的并列速度,对小水电群集中区域电站并列有一定的借鉴意义。 Through an analysis of the present state of small hydropower grids and their network. It pointed out that the main problems after the disconnection of small hydropower grids and connection with the major network was the oversized and some defects existed in their operations, and so on. Aimed at solving the mentions problems, paralleling theory and its ideal conditions were presented and the influ- ence of the errors in paralleling on paralleling were analyzed. Some corresponding measures about fast paralleling after disconnection were proposed, which were effectively proved in the practice and greatly fastened the paralleling speed.
