直肠癌发病的临床特征分析

The analysis of clinic character of rate of rectal cancer

目的分析直肠癌的临床特征,有效控制直肠癌的进展。方法收集分析136例直肠癌患者的临床资料,主要包括年龄、性别、初次就诊症状、Dukes分期等。结果 136例直肠癌患者中,男性发病比例高于女性;随着年龄的升高发病率逐渐升高,且有低龄化趋势;初次就诊原因主要以体检异常、大便异常、腹痛为主;Dukes分期主要以B期、C期为主。结论了解直肠癌的临床特征是控制直肠癌进展,延长患者生命,提高患者生活质量的必要条件。

Objective To explore the clinic character of rectal cancer from the clinic information and to control the development of rectal cancer .Methods We collected and analyzed the information of 136 patients suffered from rectal cancer.The data included age, sex, symptom,Dukes stage and so on. Results The rate of rectal cancer in male was higher than that of female .And it was correlated to the age. The rate raised with the age and had tendency of the younger age. The first symptom had the extraordinary of health checkup, feces, abdominal pain.The main stage of Dukes were B stage and C stage. Conclusion The main method of prevention the development of rectal cancer and prolonging the life of patients, improving the quality of life of patients, is to know clinic character.
