摘要
目的观察两种含添加剂的真空采血管和普通真空采血管对临床生化分析结果的差异,评价其在临床生化检验中的应用价值。方法采集同一供血者肘前正中静脉血,分别置于普通真空采血管(无任何添加剂)、含促凝剂的真空采血管和含分离胶的真空采血管中,采用日立7180生化分析仪在2 h内进行30项常规生化项目测定,并对结果进行比较分析。结果含促凝剂的真空采血管血清钾、乳酸脱氢酶、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶与普通真空采血管比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);含分离胶的真空采血管白蛋白与普通真空采血管比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论含添加剂的真空采血管对于某些生化项目结果有影响,使用前应对真空采血管进行评估,采用影响较小的真空采血管,以保证实验结果的准确性。
Objective Result differences were investigated between the vacuum test tube containing two additives and the ordinary vacuum test tube's analysis on clinical biochemistry and their using value was judged on clinical biochemistry examination. Methods The same blood supplier on front median vein got collected, one stitch three tubes, the blood was put into the ordinary vacuum test tube (no additives),vacuum test tube containing coagulation accelerator and vacuum test tube containing separation gel separately. Adopting HITACHI 7180 to evaluate 30 clinical Routine Biochemistry items and analysis whether their test result difference has statistical significance or not.Results Comparing with ordinary vacuum test tube, the serum potassium, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), alpha-hydroxybutyric in vacuum test tube containing coagnlation accelerator, dehydrogenase (HBDH) hadstatisticalsignificance ( P〈0.05 ). Comparing with ordinary vacuum test tube, the albumin (ALB)in vacuum test tube containing coagulation accelerator, dehydrogenase (HBDH) had statistical significance.Conclusion Vacuum test tube containing additives would affect some clinical Biochemistry test result items, it needs to evaluate the vacuum test tube before use and adopt the less effect vacuum test tube.
