手术治疗高血压性脑出血的临床分析

Clinical analysis of surgery for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

目的观察手术治疗高血压性脑出血的临床效果。方法 85例高血压性脑出血患者根据病情分级,出血部位及出血量采取不同的手术方法。结果经过手术治疗及术后处理,患者的病死率和致残率明显降低。结论掌握正确的手术适应证、选择准确的手术时机以及科学的术后处理能够明显提高高血压性脑出血的治疗效果。

Objective To discuss the effects of Surgery forHypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage. Methods Different surgical procedure methods were adopted in 85 patients with hypertensive intraeerebral hemorrhage according to the state of illness, location of disease and amount of bleeding . Results Surgical treatment and postoperative management reduced the mortality and morbidity of 85 patients significandy. Conclusion Correct surgical indications, accurate operation time and scientific postoperative management cansignificanfly can improve the treatment of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage
