摘要 攀枝花钒钛磁铁精矿属难烧矿种 ,烧结工序能耗偏高 ,对其能耗进行系统调查 ,找到了能耗偏高的主要原因 ,采取相应对策后 ,工序能耗明显下降。通过对该厂的节能潜力作进一步分析 ,提出了节能对策。 As the vanadium-titanium magnetite concentrates belong to difficultly sintered ores,so the energy consumption is higher. Through the systematic investigation,the main causes which lead to the higher energy consumption were founded out,and by adoption some countermeasures,the energy consumption was decreased obviously. After the further analysis ,the countermeasures for future energy saving were proposed.
