Extraction Technology's Optimization of the Flavonoids in Radix Cudraniae

优化穿破石中黄酮的提取工艺。用紫外分光光度法测量穿破石提取液中黄酮的含量,在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验对提取条件进行优化。通过验证试验给出最佳提取工艺。

This thesis studies the optimizing extraction technology of the flavonoids in Radix Cudraniae. Based on the single factor experiment, flavonoids＂ content is measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry to optimize the extraction conditions through orthogonal experiments.
