摘要
国内建筑市场竞争日益激烈,利润空间扁平化,分工专业化已是行业本身特点之一。施工企业在这种市场环境下若想提高自身生存能力,提高企业竞争力,其关注焦点应集中于提高专业技术水平和管理水平。针对建设工程项目专业分包前期易忽视的问题进行阐述,并提出拟采取的手段。
As the competition in the domestic construction market is becoming increasingly fierce, profit margins are narrowed; specialized division of labor has been one of the characters of the industry itself. To improve the competitiveness of the construction company, the paper points out that the focus should be on improving the professional and technical standard as well as management level. The paper elaborates on the problems existing at the initial stage of the specialized subcontract which were easily overlooked and proposes measures to tackle the problems.
