摘要
在分析美国 Abex公司和 Griffin公司铸钢车轮的性能、化学成分的基础上 ,对这两家铸钢车轮的显微组织进行了研究。结果表明 ,铸钢车轮显示高强度、高硬度与低塑性、低韧性的特点 ,其原因是由于碳含量较高和少量合金元素 Cr、Ni、Mo和 Cu的存在 ,以及原始铸造组织的粗大 ,使得铸钢车轮热处理后踏面形成索氏体 (或与上贝氏体的混合 )组织 ,辐板部位为粗大珠光体。
The chemical composition and properties of cast wheels of Abex Company and Griffin Company of the U S A were analyzed,and the microstructure was studied It was shown that the cast wheels with high strength and hardness,and low plasticity and toughness are due to the sorbite(or its combination with upper bainite) at wheel's tread and the coarse pearlite at wheel disc after treatment Higher C content and small amount of Cr,Ni,Mo and Cu in the steels,and the coarse cast structure are responsible for such microstructure
