摘要 淋巴结外淋巴瘤大多发生于咽淋巴环、胃肠道和纵隔等部位,发生于甲状腺的原发性淋巴瘤（Primary thyroid lymphoma,PTL）少见,临床上常难与其他甲状腺恶性肿瘤鉴别。笔者收集昆明医学院第一附属医院2例经临床和病理学证实的PTL,对其CT灌注特点与病理表现作一对照分析,以提高对本病的认识。
