摘要
目的总结护理在C T增强扫描过程中预防和处置造影剂不良反应的临床作用及价值。方法800例患者行C T增强扫描,护士在检查前做到有效预防,检查后仔细观察积极处理,避免和减少严重不良反应的发生。结果 800例增强扫描的患者中,发生过敏反应23例,造影剂外渗18例。结论护理人员的仔细观察和积极处理,可以避免和减少严重不良反应的发生,明确C T诊断,为患者的后续治疗提供重要的保障。
Objective To summary the clinical role and value of care, and to prevent and disposal the adverse reactions of contrast agent in the process of enhanced CT scan. Methods From May 2003-May 2008, 800 patients were randomly selected from the enhanced CT scan and nurses had to be effective prevention in the enhanced scan, check carefully observed actively to avoid and reduce the incidence of serious adverse reactions, which provide a guarantee for the CT to confn＇m the diagnosis. Results Among 800 cases of enhanced scan, 23 cases had allergic reaction to cohtrast agent, 18 cases had extravasation. Conclusion Careful observation of nurses in the process of enhanced scan actively could avoid and reduce the incidence of serious adverse reactions, which provided a guarantee for CT to confmn the diagnosis, and provided an important safeguard for follow-up treatment of patients
