门诊手法复位治疗耳石症眩晕的临床观察被引量：8

摘要目的观察手法复位治疗耳石症眩晕的有效性和安全性。方法 62例耳石症患者,在门诊行耳石手法复位治疗后,观察治疗后即刻、1周的疗效和不良反应。结果治疗后1周痊愈46例(74.2%),改善10例(16.1%),无效6例(9.7%),复位有效率达90.3%;治疗时少数出现呕吐、虚汗等轻微不良反应。结论手法复位治疗耳石症眩晕安全有效。
