隐性教育在高职院校人才培养中的主要途径和作用——以黄冈职业技术学院为例

我国高职院校在人才培养的模式创新上正在不断革新,隐性教育作为学校人才培养计划中未明确规定的、无意识、潜移默化的教育,具有弥散性、普遍性和持久性,好的隐性形式教育在高职人才培养过程中可以起到积极的促进作用,反之则起消极作用。如何做好隐性教育工作,塑造与完善学生的综合素质,培养优秀的技能人才值得研究。

Personnel training pattern innovation is under the way in Chinese higher vocational colleges.Recessive education serving as unconscious school personnel training hasn＇t been clearly defined in the plan,which has the character of diffuseness,universality and persistence.The recessive form of teaching in the process of higher vocational talents training can play a positive role in promoting,and vice versa.How to do well in the recessive form of the teaching work,to improve the comprehensive quality of students,to cultivate excellent talents is worth studying.
