锻造芯棒冷却水循环利用装置的设计研发

Design and research of recycle unit for mandrel cooling water in forging process

设计了使用芯棒锻造时芯棒所用冷却水的循环利用装置。该装置包括水箱、供水装置、收集装置、冷却循环过滤装置以及相应的电控系统。通过对芯棒冷却水的回收、过滤再利用,避免了冷却水的浪费,有利于保护环境,降低生产成本。

The recycling unit for cooling water used by mandrel during forging process has been designed in the text. The system includes water tank, water supply system, receiving system, filter system for cooling recycle and related electric control system. With recycle, filtering and reuse of mandrel cooling water, the system can avoid wasting cooling water. By promoting the system, the water needed in the forging machine has been saved in large quantity, which can protect environment and reduce producing cost.
