摘要
重点讨论了第三相对二硅化钼发热元件的耐热性能和机械强度的影响。为了提高二硅化钼发热元件的使用温度和室温机械强度 ,对不同配方制得的发热元件进行x ray衍射、电镜扫描和能谱分析 ,由实验中发现第三相—Mo3Si2 的存在提高了发热元件的耐热性能和室温机械强度。
The effect of the third phase on the heat resisting and strength of molybdenum disilicide heating element was discussed.To improve the using temperature and cold strength of molybdenum disilicide,x ray analysis,SEM and EDAX were used to examine the result.Results showed that the third phase-Mo 3Si 2 has improved the heat resisting and strength of the heating element.
