3D Visible Modeling and Geological Mapping for Complex Deposit

摘要 运用数字矿山软件Surpac创建了凡口铅锌矿钻孔数据库,实现了钻孔数据的三维可视化。综合参考钻孔数据和勘探线平剖面图,建立了凡口铅锌矿断层、地层、工程巷道及矿体三维实体模型。对地质样品数据按1 m样长进行组合,对组合样进行统计分析,根据组合样的统计分布特征,对组合样中的有用元素进行变异函数分析,获得理论变异函数参数。建立了矿床品位块体模型,采用普通克里格法利用理论变异函数参数对矿体有用元素的品位进行了估值,运用估值结果分别按边界品位和开采中段对地质储量进行了统计。利用所建的矿床三维可视化模型实现了复杂地质平剖面图的自动绘制。研究表明,所建立的矿床三维模型准确,品位推估及储量计算结果可靠,所生成的地质平剖面图能满足矿山生产要求。 A geological database was established for Fankou Lead-zinc Mine with digital mining software Surpac, realizing three-dimensional visualization of drilling data. Taking drilling data and cross section of exploration lines into consideration, the three-dimensional solid models were built for the fault, stratums, tunnels and ore-bodies in Fankou Lead-zinc Mine. The geological data of samples were grouped by 1 m, the combined samples were statistically analyzed. Then the useful elements of combined samples were analyzed by variance function based on the statistical distribution of combined samples, obtaining theoretical variogram parameters, which was used to estimate the grade of useful elements with ordinary kriging method based on the established deposit grade block model. The estimation results were then used to calculate the geological reserves in terms of cut-off grade and sublevel mining, respectively. An automatic drawing of the complex geological sections was realized by using three-dimensional visual model of the deposits. The research showed that, the established three-dimensional deposit model, the grade estimation and reserve calculation results were accurate and reliable. The geological sectional plan obtained could meet the requirements for practical mining on site.
