摘要
为解决乳化炸药地下装药车液压系统的高温问题,对地下装药车液压系统和油液温升进行了分析,并对散热系统进行了改进,在油箱中增设温度传感器,采用闭式控制系统,在传统的液压冷却系统中引入变频技术,成功地解决了长期以来乳化炸药地下装药车液压系统过热问题。
In view of the overheating problems in the hydraulic system of underground explosive charging vehicle, some measures were taken to improve the radiator system based on the analysis of hydraulic system and oil temperature rise, including installing additional temperature sensor in oil tank, adopting closed-loop control system and introducing variable frequency technology in traditional hydraulic cooling system. Practice showed that long-existed overheating problem was successfully solved.
