摘要
针对四川某中低品位磷矿采用反浮选工艺进行了脱镁提质试验研究。采用一次粗选、一次精选、二次扫选闭路反浮选工艺,可获得磷精矿P2O5品位32.21%、MgO含量1.40%、P2O5回收率94.13%、镁脱除率75.37%的技术指标,所得磷精矿质量达到酸法加工用磷矿石的标准,提高了资源利用水平。
Reverse flotation process was adopted in the demagging and upgrading tests of a mid-low-grade phosphate rock from Sichuan. With a closed-circuit flowsheet of one roughing, one cleaning and two scavenging, phosphorus concentrate with a P205 grade and recovery of 32.21% and 94.13% can be obtained, with the MgO content of 1.40%, namely, the removal rate of magnesium reached 75.37%. As the quality of phosphorus concentrate meets the standard for acid processing feed, the resource utilization level can therewith be improved.
