摘要
考察了浸出温度、浸出时间、钼精矿粒度、搅拌速度、碳酸钠加入系数β(碳酸钠与钼精矿质量比)和液固比对钼精矿中钼浸出率的影响。通过试验研究,确定了采用碳酸钠浸出钼精矿中钼的较优技术参数。在浸出温度为85℃、浸出时间为120 min、钼精矿粒度为-0.1 mm、搅拌速度为350 r/min、β为1.5、液固比为4∶1的条件下,钼的浸出率大于99%。该浸出工艺的研究,为某厂处理钼精矿提供了可靠技术参数。
The effects of leaching temperature, leaching time, particle size of molybdenum concentrate, stirring speed, the adding coefficient β of sodium carbonate ( the mass ratio of sodium carbonate to molybdenum concentrate) and liquidsolid on the leaching rate of molybdenum from molybdenum concentrate were researched. The optimum technologicalparameters of leaching molybdenum from molybdenum concentrate by sodium carbonate were Oetermmecl mrougn experiments. The leaching rate of molybdenum was more than 99% under the conditions that the leaching temperature was 85 °C, leaching time was 120 min, particle size of molybdenum concentrate was - 0.1 mm, stirring speed was 350 r/nain, β was 1.5 and liquid-solid was 4: 1. The leaching process study provided reliable technical parameters for some plant to treat molybdenum concentrate.
