儿童少年双相障碍共患注意缺陷多动障碍和广泛性发育障碍的研究进展(综述)

Pediatric bipolar disorder with comorbidity of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and pervasive developmental disorder:A review

儿童少年双相障碍共患病多,共患率高,既增加双相障碍的诊断难度,也影响双相障碍的治疗疗效,并提示更差的预后。儿童少年双相障碍共患注意缺陷多动障碍、广泛性发育障碍是近年来国外研究的热点,故本文对儿童少年双相障碍共患注意缺陷多动障碍、广泛性发育障碍的研究进展进行综述,从而有助于儿童少年双相障碍及其共患病的诊断和治疗。

The comorbidity is common in children and adolescents with bipolar disorder. The of comorbidities makes the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric bipolar disorder more difficult and implies worse prognosis. Recently, more and more attention focus on pediatric bipolar disorder with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and pervasive developmental disorder. This article reviewed the research progress in this area in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric bipolar disorder with comorbidity.
