摘要
通过试验测试研究了不同化学成分X65QO钢级海洋环境服役管线管的组织性能与焊接性。研究结果表明:采用低碳、降低P,S和Mn含量,可以减少成分偏析和MnS夹杂。添加适量的Cr,Mo和Ti等合金元素,保证钢管具有较好的强韧性、抗硫化物腐蚀开裂(SCC)和抗氢致开裂(HIC)性能,并改善了钢管的现场焊接性;在满足强度要求下,屈强比越低,伸长率越高,维氏硬度越小,越适合在具有腐蚀性、对钢管变形能力要求较高的海洋环境中使用。
The microstructure and welding properties of X65QO grade line pipes for offshore service, which have different chemical compositions, were studied by tests. The results showed that the composition segregation and MnS inclusion were reduced by reducing the contents of C, P, S and Mn. Adding some Cr,Mo,T and other alloying elements, the properties of strength and toughness, resistance to sulfide stress cracking (SSC) and hydrogen-induced cracking (I-IIC) were ensured, and the weldability of steel pipe on-site was improved. On condition that it meet the strength requirements as premise, the line pipes with lower yield/strength ratio, higher elongation and smaller Vickers hardness would be more suitable for corrosive marine environment, which also requires the line pipe with high deformation capacity.
