摘要
焊管机组成型器内的燕尾板是决定成型辊角度是否精确的关键因素,通过对目前成型内辊两种类型燕尾板的结构及其紧固形式进行的分析,指出了现有成型内辊燕尾板紧固形式存在的问题,即固定燕尾板的螺栓容易发生轴向变形,以及安装误差导致成型辊实际角度发生改变。提出了解决方案,确保燕尾板压紧螺栓不发生变形,实际角度保持稳定,有效地解决了成型工艺设备维护中的一项关键问题,确保了成型工艺参数的稳定和机组检修的方便性。
The dovetail plate in SAW pipe former is the key factor to judge whether the forming roll angle is precise. In this article, it analyzed the structure and tightening mode of current two kinds of dovetail plate in forming inner roll, pointed out the existed problems of tightening mode, such as the bolt ,which is used to tighten dovetail plate, is easy to occur axial deformation, and installation error easily cause actual angle change. It put forward solution to guarantee bolt against deformation , keep stable forming angle, effectively solve a core problem in forming process equipment maintenance, and ensure stable forming process parameters and convenient repairing unit.
