外伤性下直肌断裂临床治疗体会

Clinical experience of traumatic inferior rectus rupture

目的探讨下直肌复位术治疗外伤性下直肌断裂的效果。方法对21例外伤性下直肌断裂患者施行下直肌复位术,并对术后效果进行观察。结果下直肌断裂复位术后眼球运动及复视明显改善。结论下直肌断裂复位术是治疗外伤性下直肌断裂的有效手术方式。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the use and efficacy of reduction for inferior rectus reposition in trau- matic inferior rectus rupture. METHODS Twenty-one cases of traumatic inferior rectus rupture received reduction for inferior rectus reposition, and the repairing effect was observed. RESULTS Ocular motility and diplopia were significantly improved after the reduction for inferior rectus reposition. CONCLUSIONS Reduction for inferior rec- tus reposition was the effective method to cure traumatic inferior rectus rupture.
