摘要 目的探讨人工鼻泪管逆植内引流治疗急性泪囊炎的临床效果及安全性。方法采用球头硅胶管逆行鼻泪道插管手术治疗急性泪囊炎11例。结果 11例患者中,除1例终止手术外,其余10例均一次性治愈。结论球头硅胶管逆植内引流治疗急性泪囊炎简便、安全、有效。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effects and safety of retrograde intubation procedure for the treatment of acute dacryocystitis. METHODS Eleven eyes with acute dacryocystitis were treated by retrograde implantation of spherical headed silicone tube into the nasolacrimal duct. RESULTS Ten patients were cured after a single procedure, and only 1 patient didn＇t get through the surgery. CONCLUSIONS Retrograde intubation proce- dure for treatment of acute dacryocystitis proved to be simple, safe and effective.
