糖化血红蛋白是一个具有重要临床应用价值的辅助诊断指标。虽然在参考体系、量值溯源及临床应用指南等领域已达成国际共识，但科学合理应用糖化血红蛋白这一指标仍有许多值得研究的空间。

Glycated hemoglobin is a widely used important test in the diagnosis and management of Diabetes Mellitus. Although the Reference Measurement System, Traceability and Clinical for HbAlc have reached international consensus, there are still quite a few aspects related with its clinical and laboratory measurement needed further research.
