高血压患者动态动脉僵硬指数与血清胱抑素C关联性观察 被引量:5

摘要 高血压病是一种以动脉血压升高、动脉硬化为主要特征的疾病,高血压患者大动脉的主要特征性改变是顺应性减退、弹性降低。动脉僵硬指数(ambulatory arterial stiffness index,AASI)已被证明是心血管死亡的独立危险因素。高血压患者动脉结构和功能的改变是心脑肾等各重要器官损害的基础,过高的血压引起肾脏的进行性损伤,最终导致肾功能衰竭,故早发现、早诊断是至关重要的。
