摘要
目的:探讨信号传导和转录活化因子3(signal transducer and activator of transcription 3,STAT3)在人子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的相关性。方法:采用RT-PCR方法检测STAT3信使核糖核酸在30例子宫内膜腺癌组织及30例癌旁正常子宫内膜组织中的表达,采用卡方检验分析阳性表达率的差异。结果:人子宫内膜腺癌组织中STAT3 mRNA的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁正常组织的表达(67%和10%,P<0.05)。人子宫内膜腺癌组织中STAT3 mRNA的阳性表达和病理分期、分化程度、浸润深度及淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05),而与年龄无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:STAT3 mRNA表达上调可能是子宫内膜癌发生的重要分子事件之一。
Objective: To study the expression of signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3) in endometrial carcinoma tissues and the relationships between STAT3 and clinicopathologic characteristics. Methods: Expression of STAT 3 mRNA in 30 cases of endometrial carcinomas and 30 normal endometrial tissues was measured respectively by RT-PCR.Chi-square test was used to analyze the difference of positive expression rate in different groups. Results: Expression of STAT3 mRNA in endometrial carcinomas was significantly higher than that in normal endometrial tissues(67% vs 10%,P0.05).Expression of STAT3 mRNA was correlated with pathological staging,tumor differentiation,depth of tumor invasion,and lymph node metastasis in endometrial carcinomas(P0.05).However,expression of STAT3 mRNA was not correlated with age in endometrial carcinomas(P0.05). Conclusion: The over expression of STAT3 mRNA may be one of key molecular events for endometrial carcinogenesis.
