儿童孤独症血清γ-氨基丁酸水平的对照研究

摘要 目的:本研究旨在通过检测血浆γ-氨基丁酸(Gamma-aminobutyric acid,GABA)水平,初步探讨儿童孤独症的生化病理机制;并分析GABA水平与其临床症状特点及疾病严重程度的相关性。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法检测35例孤独症患儿(病例组)及35名健康儿童(对照组)的血浆中的GABA水平,并进行比较。采用儿童孤独症评定量表(Childhood Autism Rating Scale,CARS)评定孤独症患儿疾病严重程度,总分30~36为轻~中度,总分>36为重度。结果:病例组GABA水平(1.23±0.28)μmol/L高于对照组(1.07±0.29)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.513,P<0.05)。病例组视觉反应因子分值与GABA水平之间呈正相关(r=0.344,P<0.05),而其他各项与GABA水平之间无显著性相关。结论:提示高GABA可能是部分儿童孤独症生物学标志。 Objective: Explore the pathophysiological mechanism of childhood autism determined by the level of gamma-aminobutyric acid(GABA) level in plasma,and explore the relationship between the level of GABA in plasma and the characteristics of autism. Methods: Plasma levels of GABA were measured with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in 35 patients with childhood autism and compared with those in 35 healthy controls.Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS) was administered to assess the severity of the disease.These score below 36 was mild-medium degree;while the score above or equal to 36,was severe degree. Results: Plasma level of GABA was significantly higher in autism patient(1.23±0.28) μmol/L than that in control(1.07±0.29) μmol/L(t=-2.513,P0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between the level of GABA and the visual response(r=-0.344,P0.05). Conclusion: High level of blood serum GABA may be a kind of biologic index in childhood autism.
