摘要
目的:探讨直丝弓矫治系统治疗前牙反合的机理、疗效。方法:20例前牙牙性和轻度骨性反合患者,男9例,女11例,年龄7～12岁,采用直丝弓矫治技术进行矫治。结果:矫治疗程6～15个月,矫治完成以后所有患者均解除反覆合,反覆盖,排齐前牙,对齐中线,达到正常前牙的覆合、覆盖,建立了中性偏远中的磨牙关系。结论:直丝弓矫治系统治疗反颌简洁、高效。
Objective： To discuss mechanism and curative effect of straight wire application system in treating anterior teeth crossbite.Methods： 20 cases of anterior teeth and mild osseous reaction patients,which included 9 male and 11 female,and whose age was from 7 years old to 12,were corrected with the straight wire technique.Results： The treatment courses was 6-15 months.All patients were relieved after repeated,back cover,and achieved anterior teeth midline,alignment,reaching normal anterior teeth overbite,cover,a neutral remote in the molar relationship.Conclusion： The straight wire system was simple,efficient in treatment on the jaw.
