直丝弓矫治技术矫正20例前牙反合的临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨直丝弓矫治系统治疗前牙反合的机理、疗效。方法:20例前牙牙性和轻度骨性反合患者,男9例,女11例,年龄7~12岁,采用直丝弓矫治技术进行矫治。结果:矫治疗程6~15个月,矫治完成以后所有患者均解除反覆合,反覆盖,排齐前牙,对齐中线,达到正常前牙的覆合、覆盖,建立了中性偏远中的磨牙关系。结论:直丝弓矫治系统治疗反颌简洁、高效。 Objective: To discuss mechanism and curative effect of straight wire application system in treating anterior teeth crossbite.Methods: 20 cases of anterior teeth and mild osseous reaction patients,which included 9 male and 11 female,and whose age was from 7 years old to 12,were corrected with the straight wire technique.Results: The treatment courses was 6-15 months.All patients were relieved after repeated,back cover,and achieved anterior teeth midline,alignment,reaching normal anterior teeth overbite,cover,a neutral remote in the molar relationship.Conclusion: The straight wire system was simple,efficient in treatment on the jaw.
