摘要 TGF-β(transformation growth factor-β)是一类在结构上相关的转化生长因子,在哺乳动物中,TGF-β家族有超过30个细胞因子,包括TGF-β、活化素(Ac-tivin)、骨形成蛋白(bone morphogenic proteins,BMPs)等。它们广泛参与各种细胞作用。
