摘要
文章主要对钢丝在拉拔过程中的断裂问题进行探讨。通过利用肉眼、扫描电镜及能谱仪等手段,对不同类型的断口进行观察分析,发现延性断裂是主要断裂形式,同时还发现存在于盘条中的冶金缺陷如大型夹杂物、中心残余缩孔、有害元素的富集、表面缺陷是导致钢丝断裂的主要因素。
The paper is concentrated on the steel wire drawing fractures. By means of naked eyes, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum apparatus, several fracture types are observed. However, the ductile fracture is the main type. The metallurgical defects eg. large inclusion, central residual holes, harmful elements concentration and surface de fects are the main factors resulted in the fractures.
