摘要
介绍了conform连续挤压汽车空调器用多孔管的工作原理及产品质量要求。从原料、模具结构设计、工艺参数控制三个方面,对影响多孔管质量的因素及措施进行论述。
The operation principle and the quality requirements for conform continuously extruding multi - holed tube used on automobiles air conditioners are introduced. Factors influencing the quality of tube are analysed from the aspects of material, design of die structure and control on technological parameters, and measures overcoming the defects are pointed out.
