简要阐述了金属注射成形(MIM)产业的发展状况,并且从MIM粉末的生产方法和MIM各种主要代表性工艺两方面分析了影响21世纪MIM产业发展的两个主要技术因素。
The development of Metal Injection Molding(MIM)industry was reviewed.The production methods of MIM powder and some typical MIM processes,which were the two chief factors affecting the MIM industry of 21st century,were described and analyzed.
