摘要
采用电子显微技术观察台湾瘦长红珊瑚,研究了其纳微结构。扫描电子显微镜观察到瘦长红珊瑚的特殊微结构形貌及其中方解石的晶体排布;透射电子显微镜发现了瘦长红珊瑚内部方解石晶体的形态、大小和两层结构及有机物的赋存;高分辨透射电子显微镜显示了纳米畴、晶格和晶体结构的过渡。体现了瘦长红珊瑚的有机-无机复合结构特征,揭示了纳微尺度的生物矿化作用的机理和过程,启示了医用复合功能生物材料的研究及仿生合成。
In this paper, the electron microscope techniques such as SEM (scanning electron microscope), TEM (transmission electron microscope) and HRTEM (high resolution transmission electron Microscope) are used to study Coralliurn elatius from Taiwan. Some microstructures are found under SEM, where the configuration of calcites is observed. TEM study shows different shapes, sizes and structures of micron-sized calcite crystals and the regions where organic matter exists. Besides, HRTEM studies reveal nano-domains, lattice and the transition region. All these structural characteristics demonstrate Coralliurn elatius as an in- organic-organic composite material, and reveal the mechanism and process of biomineralization under regulation and control of organism and OM in micro-nano scale, which have a revelation to the research of biological composite materials and biomimetic synthesis.
