摘要
目的:探讨冠心病猝死心肌组织和血管组织HSP70染色改变。为法医学鉴定冠心病猝死提供客观依据。方法:选择8例患冠心病但非冠心病猝死案例(A组)、10例冠心病猝死案例(B组)以及7例非冠心病死亡案例(C组).用免疫组化方法对比检测热休克蛋白70(heat shock protein70 HSP70)的表达。结果:HSP70在患冠心病但非冠心病猝死案例和冠心病猝死案例中呈阳性表达,在心肌组织中冠心病猝死组表达水平明显高于患冠心病但非冠心病猝死组(P<O.05),在血管组织中冠心病猝死组表达水平与患冠心病但非冠心病猝死组无明显差异(P>0.05),非冠心病猝死组均呈阴性表达。结论:HSP70的阳性表达是心肌和血管缺血缺氧的重要指标,对推断冠心病猝死具有一定的实际应用价值。
Objective:To investigate myocardial tissue and vascular tissue stained by HSP70/changein in order to. provides the ob- jective evidence. Methods: 8 patients with coronary heart disease and sudden coronary death case ( A group) , 10 cases of sudden coro- nary death case ( B group) and 7 patients without coronary heart disease deaths ( group C). Using immunohistochemieal method con- trast detection of heat shock protein 70( heat shock proteinTOHSPT0) expression. Results: HSPT0in patients with coronary heart dis- ease and sudden coronary death case and sudden coronary death cases showed positive expression, in cardiac tissue in sudden coronary death group expressed significantly higher levels of risk of coronary heart disease and sudden death of coronary heart disease group ( P 〈 O. 05 ) , in vascular tissues of sudden coronary death group expression level and risk of coronary heart disease and sudden coronary death group there is no difference ( P 〉 O. 05 ), a sudden coronary death group were negative expression. Conclusion :J the positive expression of HSPT0myocardial and vascular isehemia hypoxia is important indicators, to infer the sudden coronary death has a certain practical value.
