聚焦超声和药物治疗外阴皮肤黏膜上皮内非瘤样病变疗效的随机对照研究

A randomize controlled study of curative effect between focused ultrasound and drug treatment of nonneoplastic epithelial disorders

目的观察比较聚焦超声与药物治疗外阴肤黏膜上皮内非瘤样病变临床疗效。方法选取我院经病理确诊为外阴皮肤黏膜上皮内非瘤样病变患者56例,将其随机分成聚焦超声治疗组和药物治疗组,每组各28例,比较两组患者临床疗效及的变化规律。结果 53例患者完成本研究治疗及随访计划。3个月后超声治疗组治愈率42.9%,有效率96.4%;药物治疗组治愈率12.0%,有效率88.0%,两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。超声治疗组显效时间早、维持时间长于药物治疗组,且人时复发率为14.3%,低于药物治疗组(22.4%),但差异无统计学意义。结论聚焦超声治疗外阴皮肤黏膜上皮内非瘤样白色病变的疗效较药物治疗效果好、维持时间长、复发率低。

Objective To compare the clinical curative effects of focused uhrasound and drug treatment of nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of skin and mucosa. Methods Fifty-six patients with nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva in our hospital were confirmed by pathology,then they were randomly divided into focused ultrasound group and drug treatment group, each group included 28 cases. The changes of clinical curative effects after treatment were analyzed. Results Fifty-three patients received the completed treatment course and the follow-up plan. The cure rate in focused ultrasound group after three months was 42.9% ,the efficiency was 96.4%, while the cure rate in drug treatment group was 12.0%, the efficiency was 88.0%. There was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. The effect of focused ultrasound group（22.4%） was better than that of drug treatment group （14.3%）. Conclusion Focused ultrasound therapy shows better effectiveness, longer effect duration and lower recurrence rate in treatment of nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of skin and mucosa.
