摘要
目的探讨剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕部位妊娠(简称切口妊娠)的超声表现。方法回顾性分析15例切口妊娠患者经腹部或经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查表现、临床治疗及病理结果。结果 15例超声及临床诊断为切口妊娠的病例中,4例表现为切口区混合性包块,1例切口内见妊娠囊,8例妊娠囊壁局部突入切口内,大部分位于宫腔下段,2例妊娠囊位于宫腔中央,切口区见子宫蜕膜突入。结论彩色多普勒超声检查可为子宫下段剖宫产切口瘢痕妊娠提供较准确的定位、定性诊断。
Objective To investigate the ultrasonic appearance of cesarean section scar pregnancy. Methods A retrospective analysis was made in 15 patients,examined by transabdominal or transvaginal color Doppler ultrosonography. Results Among 15 cases of scar pregnancy which were diagnosed by ultrosound and clinic, 4 cases showed mixed mass in the incision area, 1 case displayed the gestational sac in the incision, 8 cases of gestation sac local broke into the incision and mostly in the lower uterine segment, 2 cases of gestation sac was located in the center of cavitary uteri with uterine decidua into the cut. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography may provides accurate localization and qualitation diagnosis for lower uterine segment cesarean section scar pregnancy.
