干燥综合征合并急性心肌梗死一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者男，27岁，主因心前区疼痛2个月，加重5d于2009年6月25日入中国医科大学附属第一医院心血管内科。患者2个月前休息时出现心前区疼痛，性质为闷痛，难以忍受，伴双上肢酸痛，约20min后症状一行缓解，于当地医院药物治疗（具体不详）。5d前患者自觉上次症状加重，
