摘要
对1 4 0 mm双流水平连铸机结晶器铍钴铜套腐蚀裂纹作了宏观检查与金相分析 ,并进行了冷却水水质对铜套裂纹影响的试验 ,结果表明 ,Cu Co2 Be是一种对应力腐蚀敏感的合金 ,采取防应力腐蚀措施 ,控制冷却水 p H值及铁离子含量 ,可有效防止铜套裂纹的产生。
Erosive cracking of Be-Co-Cu sheath of mould of φ140 mm horizontal continuous caster was checked and analyzed.Experiment on influence of jacket water quality on erosive cracking was done.Results showed that CuCo2Be alloy was an alloy sensitizing to erosive cracking.The following measures could protect mould from erosive cracking.These measures were stress corrosion protection,control of jacket water pH,control of iron ion content.
