摘要
对桥式起重机箱形主梁下挠的不同原因作了分析 ,认为主梁的本身缺陷及变相共振是其下挠的最主要原因 ,同时还介绍了用预应力矫正法及预应力张拉器处理主梁下挠的情况 ,并提出了预防主梁下挠所应采取的具体措施。
Cause for deflection of boxtype kingpost of bridge crane was analyzed. Results showed that self failing of boxtype kingpost and approximate resonance vibration were main cause for deflection. Correction for deflection of boxtype kingpost with prestresscorrection method and prestressed stretchdraw unit was introduced. In this paper, measures for protection of deflection of boxtype kingpost was proposed.
